Do you accept returns?

PLEASE NOTE: Returns are not accepted on custom made items. Please double-check the size guide before ordering, and feel free to message me if you’re unsure, I'm always happy to help! 💗

If you have ordered apparel that is not custom made, we do accept exchanges or offer store credit if the fit isn't quite right.

IMPORTANT BITS TO KNOW:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
  • You will be responsible for arranging return postage (tracked is strongly recommended - we can’t be held responsible if a return goes missing).
  • Once your request is approved, the return must be posted back within 7 days.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tag still attached.
  • If we believe the item has been worn or the tag has been removed, it’ll be sent back to you and you’ll need to cover the postage costs.
  • Once your return has been inspected and approved, your new item will be sent out within 7-10 working days.
