International Standard shipping is available on orders 50g and under. If your order contains small items and you have selected International Standard shipping, please be aware that this is an untracked service. We ship with Royal Mail, but once it reaches its destination country, it will be handed over to the local courier in your country. The transit time is up to 10 working days, excluding order processing times. We cannot be held responsible for any lost packages with untracked shipping. We therefore strongly suggest opting for tracked shipping for peace of mind. All orders over 50g will be sent via International Tracked.

If you're ordering from outside the UK, your package may be subject to customs or import duties/taxes. These charges depend on your country’s regulations and are beyond our control.

As customs thresholds and fees vary, we recommend checking with your local customs office for accurate advice.

Please note: As of 2nd December, we no longer ship to the EU (as well as EAA countries) or Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations.
