Do you accept returns?
We do accept exchanges or offer store credit on certain items if the fit isn't quite right.
IMPORTANT BITS TO KNOW:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
- You will be responsible for arranging return postage (tracked is strongly recommended - we can’t be held responsible if a return goes missing).
- Once your request is approved, the return must be posted back within 7 days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tag still attached.
- If we believe the item has been worn or the tag has been removed, it’ll be sent back to you and you’ll need to cover the postage costs.
- Once your return has been inspected and approved, your new item will be sent out within 7-10 working days.
