How long will my apparel take to arrive?
All apparel is made to order, so please allow up to 15 working days for processing before dispatch. If you order other items at the same time, they’ll be shipped together once your apparel is ready.
What is the fit like?
Please refer to our Size Guide for full measurements and fit advice. We recommend checking this carefully before placing your order, as each item is made to your specifications.
How do I choose my thread colours?
When selecting your sweatshirt preferences, you’ll be prompted to enter the 3 or 4-digit code that corresponds to your chosen thread colour.
You can view the full thread colour swatches here or by scrolling through the product photos on each sweatshirt listing.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our apparel, we do not accept returns or refunds. Please double-check all details before placing your order. If your item arrives faulty, please get in touch so we can make it right.
Washing instructions
- Wash inside out at 30°C with similar colours
- Iron inside out on a low heat
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
