How long will my apparel take to arrive?
All apparel is made to order, so please allow up to 15 working days for processing before dispatch. If you order other items at the same time, they’ll be shipped together once your apparel is ready.
What is the fit like?
Please refer to our Size Guide for full measurements and fit advice. We recommend checking this carefully before placing your order, as each item is made to your specifications.
How do I choose my thread colours?
When selecting your sweatshirt preferences, you’ll be prompted to enter the 3 or 4-digit code that corresponds to your chosen thread colour.
You can view the full thread colour swatches here or by scrolling through the product photos on each sweatshirt listing.
Do you accept returns?
Because every item is made to order, we don’t offer refunds - however, we do accept exchanges or offer store credit on certain items if the fit isn't quite right.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT ARE AVAILABLE FOR:
- Non-personalised embroidered designs
- DTF printed clothing (these items are made to order but not custom, so we’re happy to help if you need a different size)
Custom orders (including anything where you’ve chosen your own thread colours) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
IMPORTANT BITS TO KNOW:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
- You’ll be responsible for arranging return postage (tracked is strongly recommended - we can’t be held responsible if a return goes missing).
- Once your request is approved, the return must be posted back within 7 days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tag still attached.
- If we believe the item has been worn or the tag has been removed, it’ll be sent back to you and you’ll need to cover the postage costs.
- Once your return has been inspected and approved, your new item will be placed back into the standard 10–15 working day turnaround (though we’ll always try to be quicker where possible!)
