All of our apparel is sustainably made-to-order by a one-person business. To keep our carbon footprint low, clothing is processed in weekly batches:

• Weekly Cut-off: Monday at 9AM
• Dispatch Day: Friday afternoon
• Orders placed after Monday 9AM automatically roll over to the following Friday's dispatch

If your order is time-sensitive, please select your tour date below. We strongly recommend ordering with at least 10 working days' notice. Where possible, we will fast-track your order to get it to you in time!

📦 If your order contains a mix of both apparel and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together in line with the above schedule.

How long will my apparel take to arrive?

Please check the banner at the top of the website for current apparel turnaround times. This does not include packing and shipping times.

IMPORTANT: Washing instructions

  • Wash inside out at 30°C with similar colours
  • Iron inside out on a low heat
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry

Do you accept returns?

PLEASE NOTE: Returns are not accepted on custom made items. Please double-check the size guide before ordering, and feel free to message me if you’re unsure, I'm always happy to help! 💗

If you have ordered apparel that is not custom made, we do accept exchanges or offer store credit if the fit isn't quite right.

IMPORTANT BITS TO KNOW:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
  • You will be responsible for arranging return postage (tracked is strongly recommended - we can’t be held responsible if a return goes missing).
  • Once your request is approved, the return must be posted back within 7 days.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tag still attached.
  • If we believe the item has been worn or the tag has been removed, it’ll be sent back to you and you’ll need to cover the postage costs.
  • Once your return has been inspected and approved, your new item will be sent out within 7-10 working days.
