Refund policy
No refunds or returns will be made for any custom or personalised items. Earrings and shoe charms are also non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Please double check your wording and spelling as any items made will not be refunded due to spelling errors.
Upon delivery, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can ensure this is put right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
In order to arrange a return, you must first contact us via lunarcultdesign@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order letting us know the following details:
- Order Number
- Items you wish to return
- Reason for return
The cost of postage, packaging and insurance to return the goods will be borne by the customer and goods must be received by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
If goods are not received back in perfect condition and in their original packaging, we reserve the right not to accept the goods and/or not to issue a refund or credit. Any costs to redeliver the goods will be payable in advance by the customer.
We regret that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept order cancellations of certain products or hygiene reasons as mentioned above. Exceptions also apply to all 'custom made' and 'bespoke' items.
Returns will only be accepted with prior approval from Lunar Cult Design.
We recommend using a registered service when returning any items.
Once the goods have been received and thoroughly checked, your refund will be processed in accordance with the above terms.
