Apparel Shipping & Production Policy

All of our apparel is sustainably made-to-order just for you! To keep our carbon footprint low and manage production, we print and pack our clothing in weekly batches using the schedule below:

Weekly cut-off: Monday morning at 9:00AM

Weekly Dispatch Day: Friday afternoon

⚠️ Please Note: If you place your order after 9:00AM on a Monday, your item will automatically roll over into the following week's batch and will be dispatched on the Friday of the following week.

⚠️ Mixed Orders: If your cart contains a mix of both in-stock items and made-to-order apparel, your entire order will be shipped together in line with the apparel policy above. If you need your accessories sooner, please place two separate orders.

🎸 Heading to a Gig or Festival? (Read This!)

If you are buying merch for a specific tour or event, we want to make sure you get it in time!

Select Your Date: Please use the date-picker option directly on the product listing to let us know your tour date.

We strongly recommend ordering with at least 10 working days' notice before your event (this does not include weekends or bank holidays).

If you are cutting it close, we will always do our absolute best to rush production and fast-track your order where possible, but please bear our weekly Monday supply cutoff in mind when ordering!

Occasional Stock Delays:

Because we order your blank garment after you place your order, there’s a small chance that your chosen size or colour might be temporarily out of stock with our supplier.

This is rare, but if that happens, it’s usually restocked quickly and your item will still be made within the usual processing time.

If we're ever told that the delay will push your order beyond the 10–15 working days, we'll email you with an update. You’ll have the option to wait, switch to another colour, or make a new plan together 💜
